Return & Refund Policy

At Cologne Signature, customer satisfaction is our priority.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return:

  • Product must be unused
  • Product must remain in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used fragrance products cannot be returned unless damaged or defective.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within several business days.

Damaged Products

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging.
